Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

Eligibility

Access to and use of the br0178 Platform is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 21 years of age. br0178 enforces a strict 21+ age policy across all products, all access points, and all jurisdictions in which the Platform is made available.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling activities are not explicitly prohibited by law applicable to you personally. You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your location.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any third party.
• You are not a person who has been self-excluded from gambling or from the br0178 Platform specifically under any responsible gaming agreement, whether initiated by you or imposed by br0178.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of a br0178 employee or contractor in a role that could create a conflict of interest.
• You have not previously had an Account on the br0178 Platform that was suspended or closed by br0178 for a terms violation.

Account Registration

Each individual may hold one (1) Account only on the br0178 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, devices, IP addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

When registering an Account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your legal full name, date of birth, email address, and any other information requested during the registration process. You further agree to keep this information up to date at all times. br0178 is not liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from inaccurate or outdated account information provided by a Member.

Upon registration, you will select a username and password. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your password with any third party or allow any other person to access your Account. br0178 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your Account where such access resulted from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

br0178 reserves the right to refuse any registration or suspend any Account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects that the registration violates these Terms & Conditions or where further identity verification is required.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on the br0178 Platform are processed exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). No currency conversion is applied to Member balances. The following deposit and withdrawal channels are currently supported:

• Bank Transfers: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, Bank Danamon
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 25.000. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Maximum transaction limits vary by payment channel and Member verification tier; current limits are displayed within your Account dashboard at the time of each transaction.

Deposits are credited to your IDR Wallet in real time or within a maximum of 15 minutes, subject to the processing times of the selected payment provider. br0178 charges zero deposit fees on all supported channels. Withdrawal requests are processed within 15 to 60 minutes for verified accounts, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including all Indonesian public holidays such as Idul Fitri, Idul Adha, Nyepi, and Indonesian Independence Day.

Funds deposited into your br0178 Account must be used for the purpose of placing genuine wagers on the Platform. Depositing funds and immediately withdrawing them without placing wagers — commonly referred to as "money cycling" — is prohibited and may result in Account suspension and investigation under br0178's anti-money laundering procedures.

Bonuses & Promotions

br0178 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible Members, including welcome deposit match bonuses, weekly reload bonuses, cashback offers, and seasonal Indonesian holiday promotions for occasions such as Ramadhan, Idul Fitri, Imlek (Chinese New Year), and Indonesian Independence Day (17 August). All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions:

• Each promotion is governed by specific terms communicated at the time the offer is made, including the applicable wagering requirement (also referred to as "rollover requirement"), eligible games, minimum odds (for sportsbook bonuses), and expiry period.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per Member, per household, per device, and per IP address unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
• Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are not withdrawable until the full wagering requirement has been met. For example, a deposit bonus with a 10× wagering requirement means the total bonus amount must be wagered ten times across eligible games before any portion of the bonus balance may be withdrawn.
• br0178 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes to ongoing promotions will be communicated via the Platform or by email to the registered Account address.
• Bonuses claimed through fraudulent means, including the creation of multiple accounts to claim a new-member bonus more than once, will be voided and the associated Account suspended.
• br0178's decision on all bonus-related matters is final and binding.

Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the br0178 Platform — including live casino tables (baccarat, roulette, blackjack, Dragon Tiger), slot and RNG titles, sportsbook markets, togel draw games, Keno, and e-sports betting — are governed by individual game rules displayed within each game interface or market page. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms & Conditions, the game-specific rules prevail for that specific game vertical.

All RNG (random number generator) based games on the Platform are certified for random outcome integrity by independent testing laboratories. Live casino games are operated by third-party studio providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and Microgaming under their respective regulatory certifications. br0178 does not manipulate game outcomes.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game session, br0178 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the Member's IDR Wallet. The Platform's transaction logs constitute the definitive record of all game outcomes and wager settlements. If a Member believes a settlement is incorrect, they must raise a dispute with customer support within 72 hours of the relevant transaction.

• Placing wagers using automated tools, bots, scripts, or any software not authorized by br0178 is strictly prohibited.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or misconfigured odds to gain an unfair advantage is prohibited. Any winnings arising from such exploitation are void and will be reversed.
• Collusion between Members in live casino games or sportsbook markets is prohibited and will result in permanent Account suspension.

Responsible Gaming

We strongly encourage all Members to set personal limits and to seek help if gambling begins to negatively affect their finances, relationships, or mental health.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all br0178 Members directly from the Account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your Account.
• Loss Limits: Define maximum loss thresholds over a selected time period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive on-screen notifications after a defined period of continuous play.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary (30-day, 90-day, or 180-day) or permanent self-exclusion from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours of submission. Members who are self-excluded will not receive promotional communications for the duration of their exclusion.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the br0178 Platform. Breach of any item in this clause may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant authorities where legally required:

• Registering more than one Account, or registering on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform for any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime.
• Attempting to reverse, charge back, or dispute legitimate transactions with your bank or e-wallet provider while retaining the associated winnings or bonus funds on the Platform.
• Using VPNs, proxy services, or other technical means to obscure your true geographic location or circumvent Platform access restrictions.
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your Account credentials or Account balance to any third party.
• Exploiting any software bug, misconfigured promotion, or pricing error to generate artificial profit.
• Any form of harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour directed at br0178 staff, live dealer hosts, or other Platform users.

Intellectual Property

All content on the br0178 Platform — including but not limited to the br0178 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of br0178 or its licensed third-party providers. No content may be reproduced, distributed, republished, scraped, or commercially exploited without prior written permission from br0178.

Game content provided by third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft remains the intellectual property of the respective studio and is made available to Members solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment use within the br0178 Platform.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, br0178, its directors, employees, partners, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from unauthorized Account access caused by your failure to secure your login credentials.
• Service interruptions, downtime, or data loss caused by events beyond br0178's reasonable control, including telecommunications failures, government action, natural disasters, or cyberattacks.
• Gambling losses incurred during normal use of the Platform. br0178 provides a fair gaming environment but does not guarantee winnings to any Member.
• Decisions made by third-party game providers regarding game outcomes, jackpot awards, or technical malfunctions within their certified systems.

In all cases where liability cannot be fully excluded, br0178's total aggregate liability to any individual Member shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Privacy & Data

br0178 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

br0178 uses 256-bit SSL encryption on all data transmitted between the Member's device and the Platform servers. Member financial data — including bank account numbers and e-wallet credentials — is stored in encrypted form and is never shared with unauthorized third parties. br0178 does not sell Member data to third-party marketers.

Amendments

br0178 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, br0178 will notify registered Members by email to their registered address and/or by a prominent notice on the Platform. The updated Terms & Conditions will display a revised "Last Updated" date at the top of the page.

Your continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with an amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure by contacting customer support.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognized principles of commercial law applicable to online gambling platforms operating under international licensing frameworks.

br0178 operates under an international gaming license and is regulated by its licensing authority. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through br0178's internal complaints process shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of the licensing authority's dispute resolution framework. Nothing in this clause limits a Member's statutory rights under applicable consumer protection law.
